Product Description
Yellow square foam cushioning blocks feature multiple sets of closely spaced mounting holes on the surface and stop notches on the sides. Cut from a single piece of highly elastic, fatigue-resistant foam, their dimensions and hole patterns strictly match those of the original equipment manufacturer’s parts, allowing for direct replacement. Designed for high-frequency reciprocating return strokes at the rear end of presses, these blocks maintain stable elasticity over the long term even under the dusty and continuously high-temperature conditions typical of ceramic production facilities.
Application Location
The rear return stroke brick-pushing mechanism (rear shock-absorbing position) of the Sacmi ceramic brick press is installed at the rear end of the press’s brick-pushing assembly, sandwiched between the moving components and the fixed base. Working in conjunction with the front shock-absorbing foam, it cushions impacts in both directions: during the forward movement of the brick-pushing mechanism and during its return stroke.

1. Shock Absorption: Absorbs the transient impact loads generated by the press mechanism’s return stroke and reduces the impact force during the return stroke;
2. Noise Reduction: Cushions the impact between metal components, reducing impact noise during the press’s return stroke;
