Product Description
This product is a front label-feeding block designed for the Sacmi 500ML rotary labeling machine, part number XGY-8L10261635. It features a double-layer composite foam structure, with a yellow adhesive surface on one side and a gray base with stepped positioning steps on the other; the surface is equipped with an array of vacuum vent holes. The base features molded positioning steps that allow it to snap directly onto the front label-picking base of the labeling drum. The foam combines elasticity with wear resistance, and the evenly spaced ventilation holes ensure stable transmission of vacuum pressure. When used in conjunction with the corresponding rear label-picking block, it picks up pre-cut labels, separates them from the backing paper, and conveys the labels to the bottle-labeling station as the drum rotates. This product is a consumable label applicator part that requires periodic replacement and is designed for high-speed labeling of round beverage bottles.
Application Location
Installed at the label pickup station on the front side of the labeling drum of the SACMI FlexiOPERA / FlexiKube 500ML rotary labeling machine, it is mounted on the front label-picking base of the drum and works in tandem with the rear label-picking block of the same model to pick up pre-cut labels.
Functions
1. Pre-cut labels are picked up using vacuum suction to separate them from the backing paper;
2. The labels are held in place by suction and rotate in sync with the labeling drum, conveying them to the bottle labeling station;
3. Vacuum suction is evenly distributed to ensure stable label pickup during high-speed production, reducing label-skipping and label-ejection failures;
4. Elastic foam acts as a buffer, gently holding the labels to prevent creasing, tearing, or damage;
5. Works in coordination with the rear label suction block to complete the entire label-picking sequence, ensuring continuous and stable labeling on the production line.
