Product Description
- Overall Shape: Double-step cylindrical—the upper section has a smaller diameter, the lower section has a larger diameter, and there is a flanged step shoulder in the middle for axial positioning.
- Center Bore: A through-hole along the axis, used to accommodate the end of a screw shaft.
- Flat keyway: A narrow transverse keyway is machined into the sidewall of the lower section to accommodate a flat key, providing circumferential connection to the screw shaft and transmitting torque.
- Set screw hole: A radially or end-face threaded hole is provided on the lower end face; inserting a set screw axially locks the screw in place, preventing axial movement during operation.
- Surface and Material: Solid, polished stainless steel (or precision-ground / chrome-plated surface); both the outer diameter and inner bore feature precision-matched surfaces.
- Manufacturing Process: CNC turning + grinding, resulting in high rotational precision and excellent concentricity.

Functions
1. Drive Connection: The screw shaft end is clamped through the center hole, and circumferential torque transmission and axial locking are achieved via a flat keyway and set screws.
2. Support and Positioning: The intermediate flange step rests against the end face of the bearing housing or frame to determine the axial position of the screw; the outer diameter mates with the bearing bore to withstand radial loads.
3. Wear-Resistant Liner: Serving as a wear-resistant transition component between the screw shaft end and the frame bearing, only the sleeve needs to be replaced when worn, thereby protecting the screw and the bearing housing.
4. Alignment and Guidance: The precision fit between the inner and outer circles of the stepped section ensures coaxiality and straightness during screw rotation.
