Integrated multi-step precision stepped drive shaft with locating shoulders and assembly grooves on the shaft body; the shaft is precision-machined to strict dimensional tolerances; Made of alloy steel, it undergoes quenching and tempering heat treatment followed by a black oxide wear-resistant surface treatment, providing resistance to torsion and fatigue; individually packaged for protection, its structure complements that of the screw shaft (part number XGY-8L100000129) to form a complete screw drive assembly, transmitting the rotational force required for mold height adjustment.
Application Location
Sacmi PHC Ceramic Hydraulic Press Mold Base Adjustment Mechanism: Upper end of the screw assembly; the upper section of the complete mold height adjustment screw drive assembly, which is mated to the lower end of the screw shaft (part number XGY-8L100000129). The upper end connects to the screw-nut mechanism, while the lower end is mated to the lower end of the screw shaft. The entire mechanism is used to adjust the height of the mold cavity.
