Product Description
Yellow, custom-shaped foam cushioning blocks with multiple pre-drilled mounting holes for sheet material and side-mounted retaining grooves. Made from high-elasticity, fatigue-resistant foam that is die-cut to shape, these blocks match the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) dimensions and hole patterns exactly, allowing for direct replacement of original parts. Designed for the reciprocating motion mechanism at the front end of a press, they withstand high-frequency, continuous impacts and maintain stable elasticity even under the high-temperature, dusty conditions typical of ceramic production facilities. Individually sealed packaging facilitates storage management.
Application Location
The front brick-pushing conveyor mechanism (front shock-absorbing position) of the Sacmi ceramic brick press is installed on the brick-pushing assembly and the brick-conveying module, and is mounted between the moving components and the fixed base.
