Product Code: XGY-8L100000129. The screw shaft is a one-piece, precision long shaft. It features multiple grooves along the shaft body and a segmented, stepped shaft structure. The shaft surface has undergone hardening treatment and meets high-precision dimensional tolerances. It is designed to work with bushings and flat keys to transmit torque. Components are individually packaged, with each shaft protected separately. Made of alloy steel, it undergoes quenching and tempering followed by a surface wear-resistant blackening process, providing resistance to wear and deformation. It is suitable for long-term, high-frequency reciprocating rotational drive conditions in press machines.
Application Location
SACMI ceramic hydraulic press mold adjustment mechanism; the lower end of the screw assembly (the lower drive shaft of the press mold frame and mold cavity height adjustment screw assembly), which connects the lower drive actuator to the upper screw and constitutes the lower half of the entire screw drive assembly. Commonly used in SACMI PHC and IMOLA series tile presses.
