Product Description
This product features a built-in precision NSK deep-groove ball bearing with a brown, high-temperature-resistant sealed cap. The outer ring of the bearing is encased in a one-piece injection-molded white polymer material; the rubber coating is tightly bonded to the bearing and is resistant to peeling. The unit features a wheel-type design, with an inner bore for securing the shaft and an outer circumference serving as the rolling contact surface. It rotates smoothly, combining the rotational precision of the bearings with the protective properties of the outer rubber wheel, and is classified as a replacement part for equipment.
Application Location
These are commonly used in beverage bottle-blowing machines, filling production lines, automated conveyor tracks, and mechanical side-guiding mechanisms. They are installed in the mold opening and closing assembly (clamping mechanism) of a bottle-blowing machine’s turret as guide follow-up wheels for mold opening and closing. During high-speed, continuous rotational production, the wheels roll along a fixed cam track, driving the rapid opening and closing of the mold.
