Product Description
This suction pad features a stepped, one-piece design. One side consists of gray, wear-resistant vacuum foam with six mounting holes pre-drilled in the plate; the other side is a composite layer of yellow, porous vacuum foam. The foam is breathable and provides a tight seal, with internal vacuum airflow channels. Once connected to the vacuum line, a negative pressure is generated on the sponge surface, firmly holding the PET preform in place. The part’s dimensions and opening size are specifically designed for 350-ml preforms, making it a replacement part for the preform feeding station of Sacmi blow molding machines.

Mounted on the preform transfer manipulator or preform retrieval mechanism, it is responsible for gripping and conveying 350 mL PET preforms before they enter the heating oven.
