Product Description
This product is a vacuum-suction label-holding sponge block for the SACMI FlexiOPERA / FlexiKube 350ML series rotary labelers, designed for use in the post-labeling station. Part number: XGY-8L10251540. It features a double-layer composite foam structure: the upper yellow suction surface is covered with an array of vacuum vent holes, while the lower gray base includes positioning steps, allowing it to be directly mounted on the label pick-up station at the rear of the labeling drum. The foam material combines elasticity with wear resistance, and the evenly spaced vent holes ensure stable transmission of vacuum pressure. During operation, it works in tandem with the front label-picking block (Part No. XGY-8L10362524) to pick up pre-cut labels, separate them from the backing paper, and convey the labels to the bottle-labeling station on high-speed cylindrical bottle labeling production lines. This is a consumable part for labeling machines that requires periodic replacement. It is designed for hot-melt and cold-glue round bottle labeling applications in the beverage industry, helping to reduce issues such as missed labels, flying labels, and wrinkled or damaged labels during high-speed production. Application Location
Mounted on the rear label picking station of the rotary drum of SACMI FlexiOPERA / FlexiKube 350ML rotary labeling machine, fitted on the rear label pick-up base of drum. It works paired with front label pick-up pad (Part No.XGY-8L10362524) to pick pre-cut labels.
