Product Description
Precision-machined from a single piece of high-strength aluminum alloy using a five-axis CNC machine, with a stabilized surface finish. The curved body integrates multiple sets of high-precision positioning holes, mounting countersinks, and molded hinged mounting tabs, with strict geometric and positional tolerances. It is designed to be assembled in conjunction with the left-side carrier bracket, offering high structural rigidity and low weight, making it suitable for high-speed, continuous bottle-blowing operations to support the corresponding bottle-blowing mold assemblies.
Application Location
Used on the right side of the rotary mold wheel/mold frame assembly on Krones series stretch blow molding machines, at the bottle-forming station, it is installed in pairs and in conjunction with the left-side mold carrier, serving as a base component of the mold opening and closing mechanism.
FUNCTIONS
1. Serves as the mounting base for blow molding dies, positioning and securely locking the bottle-forming dies in place;
2. Follows the rotational cycle of the mold wheel, supporting the dies to complete the closing and opening motions;
3. Transmits power to the opening and closing mechanism, ensuring coaxiality and positioning accuracy during die opening and closing;
4. Maintains the stable position of the dies during high-speed operation, ensuring consistency in the stretch blow molding of preforms.
