Product Description
This roller features an integrated design consisting of a polyurethane-coated outer layer, a metal hub, and built-in double-sealed bearings. The outer ring is coated with a brownish-red, high-performance PU layer that has been precision-machined to ensure a smooth surface and high roundness accuracy. The interior is pre-assembled with rolling bearings equipped with dust seals, ensuring good coaxiality and smooth rotation.
Application Location
These are primarily installed on Krones PET blow molding machines, filling and capping machines, bottle conveyor tracks, bottle gripper conveyors, neck guides, and curved conveyor sections. They are used in the empty and full bottle conveying stations of beverage production lines to provide lateral support and limit guidance for bottles, and are commonly found in high-speed conveying areas of bottled water, beverage, and juice production lines.
FUNCTIONS
1. Bottle Guidance and Support: During high-speed conveyance, the system supports the bottle body and neck from the sides to limit lateral sway and ensure smooth conveyance along the track;
2. Passive Rolling: Rotates passively through friction with the bottle, reducing sliding friction between the bottle and the equipment and preventing scratches on the bottle surface;
3. Cushioning and Vibration Damping: The polyurethane coating acts as a buffer, absorbing impacts generated during high-speed conveyance, reducing vibration, and ensuring the stable operation of high-speed production lines.
