Product Description
This part is a CNC-machined, integrally formed aluminum alloy push rod. It features a unique composite structure, with a dual-hole mounting bracket and weight-reducing cutouts at the top, and multiple sets of positioning threaded holes and through holes in the lower body. It exhibits high dimensional accuracy and strict geometric and positional tolerances; the part’s surface is smooth, free of sand holes and porosity, and features uniform machining marks. The part integrates mounting, positioning, and force transmission functions. It is bolted to the equipment’s cam/swing arm drive assembly and performs reciprocating push-and-pull motions in tandem with the mechanism. It serves as an actuator in the beverage filling and capping areas.
Application Location
Used in Krones beverage filling lines (filling machines / capping machines), these cam-driven actuators—installed at bottle conveyance, neck handling, or capping stations—serve as push-pull actuator components within bottle support/gripping mechanisms. Inside the rotating frames of rotary filling machines and capping machines, they work in conjunction with cams and rocker arm assemblies to perform periodic reciprocating motions.
FUNCTIONS
1. Acts as a reciprocating motion actuator, transmitting power from the cam mechanism to perform periodic push-and-pull motions;
2. Drives the associated bottle-gripping/supporting assemblies to perform bottle positioning, pushing, and release operations;
3. Precisely control the sequence of station operations to ensure the bottle remains in a stable position during the filling and capping processes, while synchronizing with the equipment’s rotation cycle;
4. Withstand high-frequency reciprocating alternating loads, transmit mechanical thrust, and ensure the continuous cyclic operation of the production line.
