Control lever Compatible with krones spare parts Beverage Lines

Control lever XGY-0902121761.Suitable for Krones systems, these components are typically hinged to a fixed bracket or spindle via a pin and bushing assembly (e.g., 0902045966). As the mechanism moves, the tip actuates an external switch, engages a slot, or works in conjunction with a spring to return to its original position, working in coordination with bottle clamps and star wheels to ensure smooth container conveyance and precise control.

Product Overview

A small, high-rigidity mechanical lever with a smooth, industrially machined finish (presumably made of engineering plastic, surface-hardened steel, or a coated alloy). The overall structure is irregular and non-standard: the center features a precision cylindrical through-hole (for pin or bushing articulation), one side extends into a sharp/flat actuating tab (for engaging microswitches, actuating pin slots, or guiding cam trajectories), and the other side consists of a thicker, block-shaped/curved load-bearing end. It is often used in conjunction with components such as the Bushing (0902045966), Bolt (11285206070), Axis (1745526210), and Bottle Holder (8070252801/2), serving as a micro-control and follow-up node for the mechanical-to-pneumatic/electrical conversion in production lines.

Applications

1. Micro-switch actuators in Krones filling valve assemblies; the linked swing arm for lifting and clamping on capping heads; mechanical stop levers at the transfer points of bottle-washing turntable star wheels; and feedback levers or probes for positioning control on directional change cylinders in conveyor guide rails.

2. Typically hinged to a fixed bracket or main shaft via a pin/bushing (e.g., 0902045966), the tip moves with the mechanism to actuate external switches or engage into slots, or returns to its original position via a spring, working in conjunction with bottle clamps and star wheels to ensure smooth container conveyance and precise control.

3. Specific installation levels, mating shaft diameters, and force/oscillation directions must be verified against official assembly drawings and pneumatic/mechanical schematics.

Functions

1. Mechanical Follow-up and Actuation: As the end-effector that amplifies and transmits the motion of cams, guide rails, or cylinders, it converts linear or rotational micro-movements into trigger signals or physical fork actions.

2. Positioning and Limit Switching: In conjunction with countersunk holes or pivot points, it provides precise mechanical hard stops or reset references under high-speed alternating loads.

3. Interlocking Hub: Connects macro-level drive shafts to micro-level actuators (such as sensors or pneumatic grippers), reducing dead travel and impact.

Features

1. Dark-colored materials (possibly hardened steel or engineering plastics) balance toughness and wear resistance, making them suitable for high-frequency micro-movements, compression, and frequent impact conditions (specific material grades are subject to official specifications).

2. The wear of the center hole, the roundness and sharpness of the actuating tip, the absence of overall deformation, and the surface finish directly determine control accuracy, noise levels, and overall service life.

3. These components are subject to high-frequency friction and impact and require regular inspection: Common failures include ovalization or scoring of the center hole, wear causing the tip to become dull or break, burrs or cracks along the edges, overall bending deformation, or peeling of the surface coating leading to rust.
