Product Description
Precision-machined or injection-molded parts made of engineering plastics or ceramics, featuring self-lubrication, wear resistance, low friction, corrosion resistance, and food-grade safety. These parts are designed for the high-speed, high-frequency operation of beverage and food packaging production lines, as well as CIP cleaning environments in wet areas.
Threaded and corrugated components are commonly used for adjustable sealed connections or cushioning and expansion; straight tubes and flanged stepped components are often used as bushings, stop washers, insulating spacers, or cushioning feet for bottle contact.
These components require high dimensional accuracy, concentricity, and surface finish, and are classified as consumable auxiliary parts for motion, sealing, or static protection in production lines.
Applications
1. Sealing points on Krones filling valve assemblies; lifting/clamping cushioning mechanisms on capping heads; transfer points between the bottle-washing turntable and star wheels; direction-change points on conveyor rails; or isolation positions for pneumatic/non-pneumatic probes.
2. Often used in conjunction with metal and elastic components such as the Axis (drive shaft 1745526210), Bolt (0625500002), bearings, steel sleeves, and adjustment springs, serving as anti-friction bushings, anti-scratch pads, guide sleeves, or simple fluid/gas seals and barriers.
3. Specific installation levels, mating clearances, and load-bearing configurations must be verified against the assembly drawings and parts lists for the specific model.

1. Friction Reduction and Cushioning: Utilizes the self-lubricating properties of plastic to reduce friction-induced noise in metal components; the corrugated/flanged structure absorbs minor vibrations, protecting the spindle or bottle from damage caused by hard contact.
2. Guidance and Positioning: The center hole and stepped structure provide a precise trajectory reference for moving parts, enabling axial locking and preventing disengagement.
3. Sealing and Isolation: The threaded mating surface and flange end face can isolate metal parts from the risk of corrosion or chip shedding in wet environments, or serve as a light barrier against fluids or gases.

2. Dimensional stability, wear resistance, and edge rigidity directly determine the smooth operation of the mechanism and the component’s service life; for assemblies with metal inserts, attention must be paid to bonding strength and rust prevention.
3. These are high-frequency contact components prone to wear and requiring regular inspection: prolonged friction or pressure can lead to increased internal bore wear, stripped threads, flange edge notching or curling, deformation, aging and embrittlement, or fouling.
