Precision-machined/stamped metal clamping brackets featuring high rigidity, resistance to high-frequency rinsing, and a certain degree of corrosion resistance, suitable for wet zones and CIP environments in beverage and liquid packaging production lines.
The upper section features a perforated design and special-shaped slots for bolt fastening, fine-tuning the position, or serving as mounting points for pins or shafts (such as stainless steel shafts); the lower U-shaped fork is used for semi-enclosed support, positioning, or clamping of bottles, bottle necks, or fixtures.
These brackets have strict geometric and dimensional tolerances and edge chamfering requirements, and serve as critical auxiliary components for container guidance and positioning within conveyor and turntable systems.
Applications
1. Krones bottle washers, fillers, cappers, star wheel transfer zones, and bottle inlet/outlet turntables or conveyor chain direction-change points.
2. Typically installed as bottle holders on rotating turntables, star wheel arms, or the sides of guide rails. When used in conjunction with center shafts, bushings, buffers, and guide pins, they ensure stable bottle transfer, flipping, or precise positioning.
Functions
1. Clamping and Support: The U-shaped fork provides physical restraint for the bottle body and neck, preventing bottles from tipping over or swaying during conveyance or rotation.
2. Positioning and Fine Adjustment: Mounting holes and long slots allow for locking and minor positional adjustments, ensuring synchronized clearance with star wheels and guide rails.
3. Tracking and Protection: When combined with the aforementioned shafts, sleeves, and buffers, it absorbs minor vibrations and reduces noise caused by hard metal-to-metal contact.
