Product Description
L-shaped, one-piece metal component with a precision-milled surface and mounting holes; the edges and contact surfaces are finely finished, offering high hardness and resistance to impact and wear. This is a standalone replacement part used for mechanical limiting on equipment, designed to replace worn-out components, and is compatible with Krones bottled beverage production lines.Long-term high-speed production can cause wear on the contact surfaces. These should be inspected regularly and replaced promptly when worn to prevent malfunctions such as inaccurate bottle positioning, bottle overturning, and bottle jamming.
Application Location
Used in Krones bottling lines, bottle conveyors, star wheel positioning mechanisms, labelers, and bottle infeed/outfeed stations. Installed on conveyor frames and star wheel assemblies, these components serve as bottle position stops and travel limiters for the conveying and positioning of glass and plastic bottles.
FUNCTIONS
1. Mechanical stops limit the bottle conveying stroke to ensure precise bottle positioning;
2. Cushion and stop incoming bottles to prevent overtravel, displacement, and collisions;
3. Work with sensors and star wheels to secure bottles in place, ensuring accurate positioning during the filling and labeling processes;
4. Restrict the range of motion of moving parts to prevent equipment damage caused by overtravel.
