Tetra Pak XGY-6-4722 1418 03 Guide Strip, a black braided reinforced composite sheet in the form of thin, beveled strips, features a self-lubricating, wear-resistant surface. Suitable for aseptic food and beverage production environments, it serves as a support and guide component for the reciprocating/linear motion mechanisms of filling machines, helping to control the clearance between moving parts. It is a wear-prone part that requires periodic replacement.

Used in Tetra Pak aseptic carton filling machines (TBA/A series models), this component serves as a sliding guide assembly (sliding rail/slider assembly) for the carton conveying, forming, or mechanical reciprocating actuators of the main filling unit, and is installed between the moving slider and the fixed guide rail.
