Product Description
Brown fluorocarbon rubber (FKM) TC-type skeleton oil seal with a ring-shaped structure and a single sealing lip featuring a dust-proof secondary lip; part number XGY-GMIM00050658; designed to fit the lower rotating shaft position of the AROL swivel cap arm; withstands the humid conditions and washdown spray environments of filling workshops; used to isolate lubricating oil from external contaminants.
Application Location
AROL Capping Machine → On the lower rotary shaft of the capping arm (capping head assembly), mounted between the capping arm’s rotary shaft and the housing, located below the capping head, at the point where the capping motion occurs.
FUNCTIONS
1. Oil Sealing: Prevents lubricating grease inside the capping arm from leaking out, maintains lubrication of the capping shaft, and prevents wear caused by oil deficiency.
2. Dust and Water Protection: Prevents cleaning water, beverage residue, dust, and cap debris from the filling area from entering the capper arm cavity, thereby preventing rust and seizure of bearings and gears.
3. Dynamic Sealing: Maintains lip-to-lip contact during the capper arm’s continuous rotational motion, ensuring a consistent dynamic seal.
