Product Description
This product is a reddish-brown TG double-lip internal-cage oil seal with a built-in metal reinforcement cage and a rubber sealing lip equipped with a self-tightening spring. Model number XGY-GUAR00-TR005, it serves as the sealing component for the capping arm assembly of AROL capping machines; It features a dual-layer structure consisting of a primary sealing lip and a secondary dust-proof lip, made of one-piece molded fluororubber. Its dimensions are matched to the capping arm shaft diameter and housing bore, allowing for direct replacement of old parts, and it is suitable for continuous, high-speed capping operations.
Application Location
AROL Rotary Capper → The position of the bottom rotary shaft of the capping arm (capping head), located between the capping arm’s rotary shaft and the housing, at the lower part of the capping actuator, and at the sealing point of the capping head’s rotary output shaft.
FUNCTIONS
1. Sealing and Oil Retention: Locks in the lubricating grease inside the capping arm to prevent oil leakage and loss, thereby avoiding shaft wear caused by lubrication failure;
2. Dust and Contamination Protection: Prevents external moisture, liquid splashes from the filling process, dust, and cap debris from entering the capper arm’s bearing chamber;
3. Media Isolation: Prevents filling materials (beverages, liquid solutions, etc.) from entering the rotating assembly, protecting the internal bearings and drive mechanisms;
4. Maintains chamber pressure to ensure the normal operation of the capper arm’s rotating mechanism.
