O-ring, Part Number: GORI00003200, is located inside the capping arm (capping arm/capping head) assembly of the capping machine and is part of the capping head’s drive and sealing mechanism.
Our products are not OEM, they are only compatible parts.

Product Description
The capping arm O-ring (AROL Original Part Number GORI00003200) is a black, elastic O-ring located inside the capping arm assembly of an AROL capping machine. It features a circular cross-section, is molded as a single, seamless unit through vulcanization, and has a smooth surface with uniform wall thickness.
It is a wear-prone seal and routine maintenance spare part for the capping head, typically purchased by the set and replaced in groups.
Application Location
Located inside the capping arm assembly of the capping machine, it is part of the capping head’s drive and sealing mechanism.
AROL capping heads generally employ a magnetic clutch torque transmission system combined with a bushing/shaft and bearing configuration: annular sealing positions are provided between the magnetic coupler, adjustment ring, bushing, end cap, and main shaft, and an “open seat” arrangement is used to facilitate cleaning and prevent liquid accumulation.
This O-ring is typically located in one of the following two positions:
1.Radial seal for the main shaft/bushing: Located within the annular groove between the shaft journal and the bushing, it rotates at low speed with the main shaft and is classified as a low-speed rotating dynamic seal;
2.Face seal for the end cap, bushing flange, and adjustment ring: Located within the rectangular groove between the mating surfaces of the parts, it is classified as a static seal.
The swivel arm itself moves up and down via a cam follower and rotates with the turntable; the operating cycle can reach up to 100,000 pieces per hour, and it is frequently subjected to CIP/SIP cycles and rinsing with chlorine-containing, acidic, and alkaline cleaning agents.
Features and Selection Criteria
1. Low-speed rotating dynamic seals: When used in rotating applications, O-rings are suitable only for low-speed rotation and are not suitable for high-speed shaft seals; the swivel arm falls precisely into this operating condition.
2. The compression ratio for static seals is 15%–30%, and for dynamic seals, it is 9%–25%. The groove must be matched to the selected wire diameter and compression ratio.
3. Food-Grade Media Compatibility: When process fluids, steam, hot water, and cleaning agents are present simultaneously, prioritize EPDM (resistant to steam, water, and ozone, but not oil); if the sealing area comes into contact with lubricating oil or grease, select NBR (oil- and wear-resistant); consider FKM/Viton only for high-temperature or highly corrosive chemical environments.
4. Compatibility with Lubricants: Apply a thin layer of compatible grease before assembly (silicone grease or glycerin for EPDM; mineral oil-based grease or silicone grease for NBR). Petroleum-based lubricants must not come into contact with EPDM, as this will cause rapid swelling and failure.
5. Extrusion Resistance: When operating pressures are high or clearances are large, a retaining ring must be installed on the pressure side; otherwise, extrusion or edge gouging may occur.
6. Open Grooves and Washable Design: Facilitates in-situ flushing without leaving dead corners, meeting sterile and hygienic environmental requirements.
