Product Description
The pulley is made of precision-machined aluminum alloy and features a hard anodized finish. The pulley body has synchronous teeth, with flanges on both ends to prevent the synchronous belt from coming off the track. The inner bore is machined with a keyway and is secured to the bottle holder shaft via a flat key. With high tooth profile accuracy and excellent dynamic balance, it is specifically designed for high-speed, continuous capping operations. Replacement parts strictly adhere to the dimensions specified in the original manufacturer’s drawings, ensuring a perfect fit with the original machine.
Application Location
Installed beneath the bottle tray base of the AROL rotary capping machine, this component is part of the bottle tray rotation drive unit. It is located on the drive shaft at the bottom of each bottle tray on the turntable at the capping station and serves as the drive pulley for the bottle tray rotation mechanism.
FUNCTIONS
1. Power Transmission: Receives power from the main shaft and uses a synchronous belt to drive the bottle holder’s rotation, aligning the bottle with the capping head above to complete the screw cap tightening process;
2. Synchronized Positioning: Ensures the rotation speed of the bottle holder matches that of the capping head, maintaining stable capping torque and preventing the cap from slipping, failing to tighten properly, or being damaged;
3. Station Tracking: While following the rotation of the machine’s main turntable, it independently drives the bottle’s rotation to achieve continuous, in-line capping.
