Diaphragm, part number 0902769843. Suitable for Krones machine spare parts: valve assemblies, control valves, and pneumatic actuators; control components for pumps or metering, dosing, and cleaning circuits; label stations, pneumatic clamping or cushioning controls; and interfaces for sensors, pressure switches, and vacuum detection.
Our products are not OEM, they are only compatible parts.

Product Description
Appearance: Round, thin sheet or disc-shaped diaphragm with a sealing support surface along the edge; one side features a central area and concentric circular, radial, or annular reinforcement structures designed to improve deformation resistance, positioning, and durability; the other side has a relatively smooth concave or flat contact surface. The overall color is black or dark gray, with an elastomer-like texture.
Material Speculation: Typically rubber or elastomers, such as NBR, EPDM, FKM/FPM, or silicone/composite elastomers, possibly with fabric reinforcement or a reinforcing layer. EPDM or FKM are commonly used in beverage and cleaning applications, depending on the medium, temperature, and compatibility with lubricants or cleaning agents. Refer to the Krones BOM or drawings for specifics.
Characteristics: Flexible, resilient, sealing, fatigue-resistant; the central/reinforced structure controls stroke and stress distribution to prevent fracture due to repeated bending.
Applications
1. Valve assemblies/control valves/pneumatic actuators: Used as air chamber diaphragms to isolate pressure/vacuum and transmit displacement.
2. Control components for pumps or metering/feeding/cleaning circuits: To isolate the medium from the drive side, or as elastic seals for one-way or shut-off control.
3. Labeling stations/pneumatic clamping or cushioning control: Used in small cylinders, vacuum suction/release, or pressure feedback-related components.
4. Sensors/Pressure Switches/Vacuum Detection Interfaces: Used as sensing or isolation diaphragms.
Functions
1. Sealing and Isolation: Separates gases, liquids, or clean media from the drive or control side to prevent cross-contamination.
2. Flexible Transmission/Displacement Transfer: Deforms under pressure or vacuum to drive the valve plug, pushrod, or connecting rod, or to change the chamber volume.
3. Cushioning and Reset: Returns to its original position using elastic recovery force, absorbing minor impacts and pulsations.
4. Pressure/Vacuum Response: Acts as a sensing or actuating element in control circuits.
5. Ensures Operational Stability: Diaphragm aging or deformation directly affects valve response, sealing, vacuum/pressure maintenance, and synchronization.
