Product Description
From left to right, the external features are roughly as follows:
Far left: A square base plate with mounting holes at each corner, featuring a cylindrical pin or short shaft protruding from the center.
Second and third from the left: Symmetrical L-shaped or hook-shaped bracket-like parts with stepped cylindrical bosses and tapered ends.
Second from the right: A larger circular disc-shaped/flange-like part with a deep hole and a boss in the center.
Far right: A smaller circular washer/base with a hole.
Applications
1. Around Krones filling valve assemblies, on the lifting/clamping mechanisms of capping heads, at the bottle inlet of bottle-washing turntables, at star wheel transfer points, at conveyor track direction-change points, or at the ends of cylinder/cam follower mechanisms.
2. Often used in conjunction with the aforementioned steel sleeves, sprockets, stainless steel shafts, and buffers to serve as mounting bases, guide brackets, fork supports, or mounting points for limit probes.
3. Specific installation locations, mating hole positions, and load-bearing configurations must be verified against the assembly drawings and parts lists for the specific machine model.
Functions
1. Mounting and Positioning: Secures components to the machine frame via four corner holes or a center hole, providing a precise trajectory reference and assembly clearance for moving parts.
2. Guidance and Follow-up: The L-shaped tip or central protruding shaft can be used to index, lift, guide, or provide end-of-stroke cushioning and limiting for bottles or fixtures.
3. Isolation and Protection: If made of plastic, these components can isolate noise caused by metal-on-metal friction, absorb minor vibrations, and prevent metal shavings from contaminating the production line.

1. The structure is complex and non-standard; self-lubrication and high rigidity are directly related to the material of the mating parts (Specific material grades are subject to official specifications).
2. Hole tolerance, wear resistance of the protrusions, and the rigidity of the tips/edges directly determine the smooth operation of the mechanism and its service life.
3. These are high-frequency contact components that are prone to wear and require regular inspection: prolonged friction or pressure can lead to increased wear in the bores, scuffing of the protrusions, chipping or cracking of the tips/edges, deformation, or aging and embrittlement.
