Gears suitable for use in Krones filling, capping, labeling, bottle washing, conveyor chains, or star wheel transfer mechanisms. They are commonly used as light-duty drive sprockets, tensioning pulleys, guide pulleys, or synchronous drive/driven pulleys for container conveyance. The specific installation location must be verified against the assembly drawing.
Our products are not OEM, they are only compatible parts.

Product Description
Engineering plastic injection-molded or machined sprockets and star wheels are lightweight, low-noise, and offer a certain degree of wear resistance and resistance to corrosion from cleaning solutions, making them suitable for wet-area environments in food and beverage production lines.
The center through-hole is designed for mounting on shaft components (such as mandrel shaft gears or steel sleeve shaft assemblies), providing rotational support and positioning.
The outer tooth profile is designed to mesh with roller chains, plate chains, or specific conveyor chains; the precision of the pitch and tooth profile affects the smoothness of power transmission. The three parts shown in the figure are of different sizes and represent a set of gears.
Applications
1. In Krones filling, capping, labeling, bottle washing, conveyor chains, or star wheel transfer mechanisms.
2. Commonly used as light-duty drive sprockets, tensioning sprockets, guide sprockets, or synchronous drive/driven sprockets for container conveyance. The specific installation location must be verified against the assembly drawing.
Functions
1. Chain Drive and Guidance: Engages precisely with conveyor chains or synchronous belts to transmit motion or guide the chain for smooth operation.
2. Synchronization and Indexing: Assists in achieving precise timing control of bottles or fixtures in turntable or star wheel mechanisms.
3. Noise Reduction and Protection: The plastic material cushions impacts, reduces noise caused by metal friction, and minimizes wear on adjacent components.
Features
1. Plastic/polymer materials are easy to maintain, rust-resistant, and gentle on contact parts (specific materials subject to official specifications).
2. Tooth profile accuracy, center hole tolerances, and bushing wear resistance directly determine the chain’s service life and smoothness of operation.
3. These are high-frequency friction wear parts: They are prone to tooth surface wear (resulting in sharp edges or notches), material loss, center hole looseness, cracking, or dirt buildup, which can lead to tooth skipping or abnormal noise.
Standard orders are shipped within 5-15 working days. For bulk orders, lead time may vary, and we will provide a specific timeline upon order confirmation.
Yes, the thermoplast coating can withstand temperatures up to 130°C, making it suitable for most beverage production environments.
Yes, we provide material safety data sheets (MSDS), certification documents, and installation guides upon request.
