Teflon corrugated tubing, part number 8125500406, is suitable for use on Krones machines. It is typically installed in the following locations:
Inside the valve body of filling valves, in the opening/closing or lifting/lowering sealing areas;
Around valve stems, pistons, or flow control components, serving as dynamic seals and displacement compensators;
In areas within aseptic or cleaning environments where product contact or media isolation is required.
Structural Features: As shown in the image, the white PTFE body features disc-shaped positioning flanges or sealing seats at one end or on both sides. The central section consists of annular corrugations, which provide axial expansion and bending compensation; the opposite end or inner bore is designed to mate with a valve stem, guide core, or connector.
Applications
Used inside Krones filling machines and aseptic filling valves; also found in sanitary valve lines for beer, beverages, fruit juices, dairy products, and other applications as elastic sealing and compensation elements.

Functions
1. Dynamic Sealing/Isolation: Maintains a sealed barrier between the product side and the external environment/drive side during valve operation (opening, closing, lifting, and micro-reciprocation), preventing product leakage and external contamination.
2. Axial Compensation and Flexible Expansion: The bellows structure absorbs the travel of the valve plug/stem and accommodates thermal expansion and contraction, reducing mechanical stress.
3. Dead-Spot Prevention and Friction Reduction: PTFE is low-friction and non-stick; when paired with moving parts, it is resistant to jamming and does not easily accumulate residues such as sugar syrup, fruit juice, or beer foam.
CIP/SIP and Chemical Cleaning Resistance: Withstands alkaline and acidic cleaning agents, disinfectants, and hot water/steam sterilization environments.
4. Sanitary Barrier: Food-grade material properties ensure the surface is non-adsorbent and easy to rinse, making it suitable for beverage, dairy, and aseptic production lines.
