Product Description
ppearance and Structure: The overall structure is a white (or off-white) precision-machined cylindrical/sleeve-shaped component with a through-hole in the center. One end or the outer circumference features a step, flange, or groove for axial positioning during installation; the wall thickness is uniform, and the end faces are flat.
Material Speculation: In Krones hygienic-grade and CIP/SIP applications, this type of white sleeve seal typically consists of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)/reinforced PTFE, or food-grade ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene/nylon-based engineering plastics; it may also be a white medical-grade or food-grade elastomer composite material. PTFE-based materials are commonly used in Krones sealing technology for shaft seals, guide rings, sealing rings, and similar components.
