Structure: Circular or irregular-shaped flanged metal plates with precision holes or bushings at the center, multiple screw mounting holes distributed around the perimeter, and stepped surfaces, countersunk holes, clearance grooves, and precision-machined locating surfaces on the plate face.
Material and Surface: Typically machined parts made of stainless steel or high-strength alloys/aluminum alloys, with surfaces precision-turned or milled to provide excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability, making them suitable for beverage line cleaning and humid environments.
Applications
1. Near filling valves, lifting mechanisms, and star wheel bases: Serves as a mounting reference plate for valve assemblies, guide mechanisms, or rotating/swinging mechanisms.
2. Labeling/conveyor/guide rail/star wheel/indexing wheel module bases: Used in locations requiring repeated disassembly, assembly, and positioning, such as labeling stations, bottle-in/bottle-out indexing wheels, guide rails, and conveyor chain supports.
3. Mounting plates for tooling and interchangeable modules: Mechanisms that need to be quickly restored to their original design positions after changeovers or maintenance.
Functions
1. Precise Positioning: The center sleeve/bore mates with a shaft, pin, or bearing housing to restrict the module’s position, ensuring repeatable installation accuracy.
2. Mounting Load-Bearing: The upper mechanism/module is secured to the machine frame or base plate via surrounding screw holes, supporting radial and light axial loads as well as vibrations.
Reference Restoration: After disassembly and reassembly for maintenance, cleaning, or specification changes, the original geometric position can be quickly restored, reducing the need for readjustment.
3. Guidance and Support: The center bore serves as a support and guidance reference for shafts, sleeves, bearings, or pins.
4. Anti-misalignment and Rigid Connection: Stepped or clearance designs prevent interference, enhancing connection rigidity and operational stability.
