A large-bottle gripping mechanism for filling, rinsing, star wheel, lifting, or flipping stations, consisting of a pair of grippers.
The upper dual-bolt/clamping plate structure is designed for mounting on gripper arms, rocker arms, or star wheel mounting brackets; the lower arched opening provides a surface that conforms to the bottle’s contour.
Metal body with a polished finish, suitable for wet areas and cleaning environments.
The structure offers high rigidity, and contact surfaces must be smooth to prevent scratching glass or PET bottles or the generation of debris or stress points.
Application Scenarios

Functions
