Overall Shape: A cylindrical, thin-walled sleeve with one end open, revealing the inner wall; the overall color is off-white/light yellow (natural PTFE color)

Product Features
1. PTFE: Self-lubricating and low-friction—Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has an extremely low coefficient of friction (0.04–0.1), allowing for dry operation without the need for water lubrication, thereby reducing water consumption and maintenance efforts.
2. No flavor carryover: PTFE hardly adsorbs beverage aromas, unlike elastomers such as EPDM, which absorb flavors like a sponge. This eliminates the risk of flavor carryover when switching between products, making it particularly suitable for small-batch, multi-variety production.
3. Easy-to-clean, food-grade: The smooth, non-stick surface of PTFE makes it extremely easy to clean during CIP (Clean-in-Place) and meets the highest food and beverage hygiene standards.
4. Temperature and corrosion resistance: It can be used stably over the long term at temperatures ranging from -200°C to +260°C. It withstands acidic and alkaline cleaning agents as well as beverage corrosion and is suitable for high-temperature CIP/SIP sterilization conditions.
5. Slotted elastic compensation: The longitudinal slotted design provides the sleeve with radial elasticity, automatically compensating for wear and assembly tolerances to maintain a consistent seal.
6. Lightweight: With a density of only 2.1–2.3 g/cm³, PTFE is significantly lighter than metal, reducing the inertia of moving parts and making it suitable for high-speed lifting applications.

1. Can Bell Lift Guide: Installed on the lift guide rod of the can bell in KHS can filling machines, it functions as a gapless bell guide to ensure smooth vertical movement and precise centering of the can bell, replacing traditional sliding seals that require water lubrication.
2. Filling Valve Piston Sealing / Guidance: Acts as a PTFE expansion joint seal for the internal piston or switching cylinder of the filling valve, providing dynamic sealing and guidance during reciprocating motion.
3. Flexible Compensation: The slotted elastic structure absorbs thermal expansion and contraction, mechanical vibrations, and assembly tolerances, preventing jamming or wear caused by rigid fits.
4. Vibration Isolation and Noise Reduction: PTFE’s damping properties absorb vibrations during lifting and lowering movements, reducing equipment operating noise.
5. Media Isolation: Isolates the beverage medium from the pneumatic control chamber inside the filling valve, preventing cross-contamination and pollution.
