Product Description
Light beige/pale yellow plastic sliding bearing bushings with a flanged design.
The bushing is a short cylindrical piece; its outer diameter fits into the mounting hole, while the inner bore allows for the sliding or oscillation of a pin or shaft.
A flange or shoulder at one end provides axial positioning, stops, and prevents the bushing from sinking in.
Applications
Low-friction hinge or guide points in KHS beverage/filling/packaging equipment, such as:
1. Bottle grippers, bottle holders, gripper arms, and link hinge points;
2. Pivot supports for lifting/swinging/guide rods, cam wheels/star wheels, or valve assembly actuators;
3. Locations subject to frequent opening and closing, swinging, low-speed rotation, or slight reciprocating motion;
4. Used in conjunction with metal pins, shafts, or bearing sleeves/bolt pins similar to those listed above, serving as oil-free sliding bearing surfaces.
