Physical Characteristics
Overall Shape: A stepped, multi-section cylindrical structure consisting of several sections of different diameters stacked coaxially to form a “tower-like” hollow structure
• Material and Surface: Entirely made of food-grade stainless steel (SS304/316) with precision machining; high surface finish with a metallic mirror-like texture
• Central Flow Channel: A central through-hole is visible at the larger end; this serves as the main passage for liquids or gases, extending through the entire nozzle
• Radial Channels: Multiple radial through-holes are distributed along the sides of the cylinder, arranged uniformly around the circumference, and are used for auxiliary airflow, venting, or liquid diversion
• Sealing Structure:
◦ The large end (lower end) is fitted with a red primary sealing ring (PTFE/polyurethane material; face seal to prevent liquid leakage).
◦ The small end (upper end) is fitted with a black O-ring (NBR/EPDM material) for a radial static seal against the valve body or mounting seat.
• Stepped Positioning: Multiple diameter steps form installation positioning surfaces and sealing grooves, ensuring precise positioning and a reliable seal once the nozzle is inserted into the valve body
Core Functions
1. Liquid Discharge Guidance: As the discharge nozzle at the end of the filling valve, it extends into the bottle or can to direct the beverage to the bottom of the container, reducing splashing, foaming, and oxidation.
2. Isobaric Carbonation/Ventilation: The radial orifice can serve as a CO₂ pre-carbonation channel or a filling vent channel, enabling isobaric filling to preserve the carbonation in carbonated beverages.
3. Bottle Rinsing: When used as a bottle rinsing nozzle, it sprays sterile water or compressed air into inverted bottles to rinse away impurities from the inner walls.
4. Bottle Blowing: When used as a bottle blowing nozzle, it injects high-pressure compressed air into heated PET preforms, working in conjunction with a draw rod to blow-mold the preforms into bottles.
5. Sealing and Isolation: Dual sealing rings completely seal the gap between the blow nozzle and the valve body/mounting base, preventing media leakage and external contamination
