Product Description
The component consists of a long, black metal pin or cylindrical guide rod with a ground or blackened surface finish.
One end features a distinct double-step flange or large shoulder (used for axial limiting, abutment against a mounting seat, or as a load-bearing step).
A small transverse through-hole is machined in the middle section of the rod (typically used for inserting split pins, R-type pins, retaining rings, or as a lubrication or positioning hole).
The end of the rod is a smooth shaft or has a slight chamfer; these are often arranged in groups and are precision-machined shaft/pin components.
Applications
1. The bottom frame of the equipment, as well as the hinge pins, swing shafts, or guide rods of the base assembly.
2. The connecting pins of the conveyor chain tensioning device, lifting slide, bottom mold, or bottle clamping mechanism.
Functions
1. Acts as a pin or shaft to support swing arms, connecting rods, rollers, or bushings, enabling low-friction rotation or sliding guidance.
2. The end step provides precise axial stopping, ensuring proper assembly clearance and motion paths for the mechanism.
3. The small hole in the center is used for mechanical anti-disengagement (such as pin locking) or auxiliary positioning, preventing the equipment from coming loose during high-frequency vibrations.
4. At the base frame, it serves to bear loads, transmit forces, and maintain the rigidity of the mechanism.
