Product Description
Construction: Circular roller with a light-colored, elastic, and wear-resistant outer coating (typically polyurethane (PU), POM/nylon, or similar engineering plastics/elastomers); a metal ball bearing or metal sleeve bearing is press-fitted or embedded in the center, with the inner bearing ring or metal core visible on both sides.
Appearance: Off-white/light gray outer ring; black or silver metal bearing components; compact size, suitable for light to medium-duty rolling contact.
Material Speculation: The outer ring is typically made of PU polyurethane (wear-resistant, shock-absorbing, low-noise) or engineering plastics; the bearing is made of steel. If used in wet areas of beverage production lines or CIP environments, it is necessary to confirm that the outer ring is resistant to cleaning agents, water-resistant, non-absorbent, and does not shed particles.
