This is a precision CNC-turned stainless steel component featuring a bright, brushed metal finish. It has a cylindrical body with a machined hexagonal clamping surface in the center for assembly, disassembly, and tightening with a wrench. Both ends are machined with precision external threads, and one end features a positioning stepped flange shoulder. The interior consists of a through-flow channel with chamfered edges free of burrs. As a core pressure-bearing cylinder component of a filling valve, it is entirely machined with no welded joints and complies with food-grade hygiene standards.

This part is a core component of the filling valve in Krones rotary filling machines and is installed on every for Krones filling valve unit.
1. As the pressure-bearing sleeve that forms the main body of the filling valve, it houses components such as the valve stem, seals, and springs, forming the liquid flow chamber;
2. It connects the upper media port and the lower filling nozzle via threaded connections at both ends, facilitating the flow of beverage product and CIP cleaning media;

5. High Structural Rigidity: Machined as a single, integrated unit, it resists deformation under high-pressure conditions, ensuring stable flow and pressure in the filling valve and guaranteeing consistent liquid levels at every valve position.
Common Failures: Prolonged exposure to cleaning media can cause thread wear and scratches on the inner wall of the sleeve, leading to leaks at the valve position, unstable filling pressure, and liquid level deviations. In such cases, the sleeve must be replaced.
