Appearance Description
The component is a precision-machined, one-piece stainless steel turned part with a bright, machined metal finish. The bottom features a circular mounting flange surface, on which countersunk through holes and threaded holes are evenly distributed for bolt fastening; The upper section consists of a raised, stepped cylinder with a large, precision-machined through-bore in the center for mounting bearings and bushings; the cylinder body features locating steps, and the sides are designed with machined threaded holes (for lubrication and set screws); the entire component is machined from a single piece with no welding. The internal bore and flange end face meet strict geometric and positional tolerances, and all edges are chamfered to comply with food equipment hygiene requirements.
Application
This part is a spare part for the central rotating assembly of a Krones rotary filling machine.
1. Serves as a mounting base for bearings or bushings; it houses rolling bearings or sliding bushings to support the rotational movement of the filling machine’s rotating turret;
2. The flange is secured to the stationary frame of the equipment; its inner bore supports the rotating shaft, isolating the stationary frame from the rotating main disc;

This also leads to unstable liquid levels in the filling valve, necessitating replacement of the housing.
