This is a solid stainless steel part machined in one piece using CNC milling. It features a matte brushed metal finish with sharp, defined edges and is formed as a single unit without any welds. The main body consists of a custom-shaped square structure with two large through-holes for mounting roller shafts. The sides feature T-slot-style mounting tabs and threaded mounting holes for bolting the part securely to the equipment frame. The inner walls of the holes are precision-machined with strict dimensional tolerances, and the edges are chamfered to eliminate burrs, making it suitable for use in food and beverage equipment environments.
Common wear and tear scenarios: Prolonged impact loads can cause the mounting holes of the bracket to wear out or deform, leading to roller misalignment, bottle tipping, or bottle jamming. In such cases, the bracket must be replaced.
