Product Description
Wedge-shaped/beveled components with a dark matte finish, featuring high structural strength and wear resistance, suitable for high-speed filling and packaging line environments.
The main body features mounting holes (which may be countersunk or through holes) for easy bolting to equipment bases, slide rails, or fixture base plates.
The beveled design enables precise clearance adjustment and height compensation in confined spaces, as well as providing self-locking clamping force.
Applications
1. The bottom of Krones filling, capping, bottle washing, labeling, star wheel transfer, lifting mechanisms, guide rail adjustment, or clamping assemblies.
2. Commonly used for fine-tuning guide rail spacing, compensating for the angle or height of bottle clamps/fixtures (such as the aforementioned fixture/bottle holder), and as locking points to prevent loosening of mechanisms.
