Product Description
These precision-machined metal shafts feature high rigidity, high-pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent wear resistance, making them suitable for the high-speed, high-frequency operation and wet-area CIP cleaning environments of beverage and food packaging production lines.
The shaft body is designed with radial through-holes, which are typically used to insert pins or screws for axial positioning, or to serve as lubrication, venting, or hydraulic passages, as well as sensor mounting points.
Applications
1. Krones filling valve lifting mechanisms, capping head spindles, bottle washing turntable drive shafts, star wheel indexing units, conveyor guide rail guide shafts, and labeling machine wheel assemblies or cylinder/cam follower joints.
2. Commonly used as rotating spindles, sliding guide posts, pins, or central support components in composite mechanisms, working in conjunction with bushings and retaining rings to achieve precise positioning and motion transmission.
