Product Description
Black plastic molded part featuring an overall lightweight, open-frame structure.
The upper section has circular pin holes/hinge holes for mounting on a swing arm or hanging shaft, allowing rotation or suspension in conjunction with a pin or bushing.
The middle section features reinforcing ribs and a frame-style connection structure, with outward-extending/guiding arm-shaped contours on both sides.
The lower section features a semi-circular or fork-shaped clamping structure designed to encircle or support the bottle mouth or neck area.
The surface is finished in matte black engineering plastic. The structure incorporates reinforcing ribs, snap-fit/positioning protrusions, and material-reduction cutouts, all designed to reduce weight, minimize stress, and withstand frequent opening and closing cycles.
Applications
Commonly found in bottle conveying and handling stations within KHS bottling line equipment, such as:
1. Bottle clamping or temporary holding positions in bottle washing, inverting, and turning mechanisms;
2. Bottle clamps or bottle support assemblies near filling stations or transfer star wheels/chain conveyors;
3. Mechanisms used to grip the bottle neck or stabilize the bottle body at stations such as labeling, inspection, and conveyor direction-changing stations;
