Product Description
Overall Structure: Precision-machined metal clamping module. The left side features a mounting/drive base with a large-diameter circular hole and positioning/fastening mechanisms for attachment to swing arms, rotary shafts, cylinder connecting rods, or equipment brackets; the right side features an extendable clamping finger/arm with multiple sets of through-holes to reduce weight, accommodate clamping pads or pins, or adapt to different clamping interfaces.
Surface and Materials: The main body is precision-machined stainless steel or aluminum alloy/steel, with a brushed or milled finish. Black components may include guide blocks, wear-resistant sliders, or drive/limit components. Pins, round holes, and mating surfaces are machined to high precision, ensuring overall structural rigidity.
Motion Mechanism: The image shows a lever/articulated clamping head that opens, closes, or swings to clamp via a pivot pin. The clamping fingers on the right can work in conjunction with cams, cylinders, linkages, or spring/drive mechanisms to perform the clamping action.
