1. Container Clamping and Positioning: Installed at the turntable stations of rotary filling machines, this system clamps the neck or rim of bottles or cans to maintain precise positioning during filling, capping, and other processes
2. Neck-Suspended Conveying: Implements a “neck handling” conveying method, where containers travel suspended in the air without contacting the bottle bottom, making it suitable for a wide variety of bottle shapes.
3. Centering and Sealing Assistance: Works in conjunction with the filling valve’s centering bell (or can bell) to ensure precise alignment of the can or bottle opening with the filling valve, enabling a sealed fill.
4. Support for Rapid Changeovers: When switching between production of different container sizes, the clamping plates can be quickly adjusted or replaced by loosening the lock nuts to accommodate containers of varying diameters
5. Vibration Damping and Locking: Under the vibrating conditions of high-speed rotation of the filling machine (typically tens of thousands to over a hundred thousand bottles/cans per hour), the nylon lock nuts ensure that the clamping force does not diminish
