1.Can Bell / Centering Hood Lift Guide Rod Clamp: In KHS can filling machines (Innofill Can series), the can bell moves up and down via a lift rod to seal the can opening. This fixture is used to guide and secure the lift guide rod, ensuring smooth movement of the can bell and precise centering.
2. Filling Valve Clamping Plate / Bracket: Used to securely clamp the filling valve assembly to the valve seat on the filling machine’s turntable, or to provide auxiliary support for the valve assembly.
3. Lifting Mechanism Limit Stop / Guide: Works in conjunction with the bottle/can lifting mechanism to provide mechanical limit stops or guidance for the lifting stroke, preventing operational misalignment.
4. Star Wheel / Conveyor Component Fixing: Used to secure the positions of conveyor and positioning components such as bottle/can inlet and outlet star wheels and guide plates.
5. Quick Changeover Adjustment: By loosening the lock nut, the clamp position can be adjusted up or down along the guide rod to accommodate production changeovers for containers of different heights and specifications.
