This ejector is a spare part specifically designed for beverage production lines. It features a block-shaped pusher design, with the main body made of wear-resistant engineering plastic or metal. The surface is smooth, and the edges and corners are rounded to prevent scratching the bottles. One side is equipped with mounting and positioning holes.
Where is it used?
Compact in size, this linear bottle-pushing actuator is designed to withstand impacts and resist wear, making it suitable for the reciprocating pushing and ejecting motions required in high-speed production lines. It is used in Krones beverage production lines, primarily installed at the rejection and ejection stations downstream of empty/full bottle inspection machines, filling machines, and labeling machines to remove defective products.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for Krones bottle-blowing and filling machines Installed on the side of the conveyor line, it interfaces with the pneumatic drive assembly; when the machine’s inspection system detects defective containers—such as broken bottles, improper liquid levels, capping anomalies, or label defects—the ejector is triggered by a signal to extend linearly, pushing the defective bottles laterally off the main conveyor line. This automatically removes defective products, while good bottles continue to move along the main line.
