Application Scenarios
1. Beverage Filling Production Lines
Primarily used with Krones rotary bottle rinsers (Rinser) in production lines for beer, bottled water, fruit juice, carbonated beverages, and condiments in glass bottles.
• Workflow: The grippers clamp onto the neck of the glass bottle and rotate at high speed with the turntable, simultaneously performing a 180° flip to invert the bottle for internal rinsing, spray washing, and draining, before returning the bottle to its upright position and transferring it to the next filling process.
2. Compatible Bottle Types: Various glass bottles (beer bottles, drinking water bottles, condiment bottles). The bottles are positioned and gripped by the neck, without contacting the bottle body, making them compatible with a wide range of standard-mouth glass bottles.
3. Operating Conditions: Continuous 24-hour high-speed operation; exposed to rinse water and cleaning agents in a humid, corrosive environment; classified as high-frequency, wear-prone components on the production line.

These are bottle clamping jaws (bottle clamps) for Krones bottle rinsers and washers—spare parts for beverage filling production lines.
• Material: Aluminum alloy; the clamping surface is lined with black wear-resistant rubber blocks to protect the glass bottle body and prevent scratches and slippage.
• Application: Used in Krones rotary bottle washers to grip the bottle necks, rotate and flip bottles at high speed to complete the internal rinsing process; these are wear-and-tear replacement parts for filling lines.
• Structure: A pair used together; the two upper screw holes are for securing the clamps to the base, the central slot accommodates the rotating shaft, and the lower U-shaped jaws grip the bottle neck.
