Product Description
High-precision machined metal ring parts with grooves. The parts are short cylindrical sleeves with a natural silver-gray metallic finish (typically precision-turned from aluminum alloy, stainless steel, or high-strength steel). The middle section of the outer circumference features a distinct annular groove (commonly used for installing snap rings, O-rings, or as a stop/lubrication groove). On the side wall of one of the parts standing upright, there are tiny radial through-holes or blind holes (used for inserting pins, set screws, or injecting oil). The inner wall is smooth, and the part as a whole has a hollow ring structure with uniform wall thickness.
Specific Applications
In Sidel high-speed production lines (such as blow molding machines, filling machines, and star wheels), these rings are commonly used as auxiliary components for shaft fixation, guidance, or sealing. Common specific applications include:
