Metal bottle clamps/supports feature a polished surface and offer excellent resistance to cleaning, wear, and corrosion, making them suitable for wet-area environments in beverage and food processing equipment.
The top and rear ends are equipped with a perforated mounting base and a flat mounting surface for rigid assembly onto star wheels, turntables, lifting mechanisms, or bottle-clamping mechanisms.
The curved openings and dual-claw structure at the front and sides are designed to guide, position, support, or prevent bottles from tipping during high-speed operation.
Applications
1. In Krones filling, bottle rinsing/washing, capping, labeling, and bottle transfer star wheels or gripping/lifting mechanisms.
2. Used to maintain bottle spacing, orientation, and center alignment, as well as prevent bottle bounce during high-speed transfer of glass and PET bottles between process stages.
