Product Description
High-precision stepped hollow metal shaft. It has a slender cylindrical shape with a natural silver-gray metallic finish (typically stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or high-strength steel with a precision-ground surface). The shaft body features small radial holes (typically used for pins, set screws, or as lubrication/vent holes), and the interior has a hollow structure consisting of through holes or deep blind holes. The end faces display clearly defined wall thickness and chamfers.
Applications
In Sidel high-speed production lines, hollow shafts are widely used in rotating mechanisms, pneumatic/hydraulic actuators, and synchronous belt drives due to their lightweight design and ability to accommodate cables. Common specific applications include:
1. Filling machine/capping machine turntables: As rotating support shafts or driven shafts for internal star wheels and bottle-clamping mechanisms.
2. Bottle blowing machine heating and stretching systems: Used as guide shafts for stretching rods and connecting shafts for bottom mold lifting cylinders.
